The first (and last) time I went into this store, I was looking for an amethyst gemstone pendant (for myself) and had a rude little man with moustache do me a big favor to wait on me, and he was rushing me because there were people looking at diamonds (it was taking me a long time because I was not impressed with their selection). Not much of a selection and prices too high and salespeople rude. I complained to the manager (a lady) and she just smiled at me and said (insincerely), ""Oh, that's too bad..."". Well, TOO BAD, but I will never go to this store again.
