I had suffered with back pain for many years. Two other surgeons had operated on my spine and I was left with weakness and severe leg and back pain. I first met with Ann Marie, a NP, who was fantastic and eased my concerns. Then she brought in Dr. Scheid, who was the ultimate professional. He diagnosed a problem that had been overlooked before (other surgeons had told me I was inoperable and would have to live with the pain forever) and explained a very complicated minimally invasive surgery. Three weeks later, I had a minimally invasive fusion, and I am pain free!! I cant believe how lucky I am that I came to Dr. Scheid. He and his team provide excellent care, especially for people like me that thought there was no hope. Thanks Capital Region Neurosurgery!
Pros: exceeded my expectations; highly professional
Cons: had to wait 20 minutes to see Dr. Scheid
