I've been going to La Cazuela for 7 years, but I've never been so dissatisfied as I was tonight. We ordered appetizers and drinks, and only received one appetizer and no beverages after being there for over thirty minutes. We ordered shrimp fajitas, and an hour later, they arrived, but they were rubbery and appeared to have been under the heat lamp for awhile. (During this wait, we never saw our server, and this was, coincidentally, when our second appetizer arrived!) The fajitas had been left so long under the heat lamp they didn't sizzle when they came to the table. After flagging the server down for our check, we had to wait over thirty minutes up front to pay, and the only reason they finally took our credit card was because I threatened to leave without paying. I would suggest NOT going to La Cazuela on a Sunday afternoon/evening!
Pros: nice atmosphere
Cons: long wait, bad food, impossible to pay
