I moved to L.A. three years ago. At that time everything that could go wrong went wrong, including issues with my car. Trying to look online and find a mechanic, without knowing anyone, was difficult. I happened to come across Culver Automotive when I got lost looking for another mechanic.
I immediately felt like I was going to be taken care of and not taken advantage of. Ever since then it has been like family. Culver Automotive has my best interest in mind. They look out for me, and make sure my car is up and running.
I have an old car, and it is getting to the point where things are getting old and need replacement. The mechanics at Culver Automotive make sure to explain what they are doing and even show me the bad parts. They explain what the cost is for the parts and what it is for the labor.
I feel like I am taken care of. That is helpful for me, because in my experiences in the past, as a single woman going into a male-dominated business, I felt like I was being preyed upon. I don't feel like that at all at Culver. I feel like I am family, almost like how they would treat their daughter. I really appreciate it. They remember me and care about what is going on in my life.
