Culver Automotive has done the repair work on my vehicle for 12 years. I just added up all of the money I have given Dimitry for my repairs, and it was over 20,000 dollars, so that is quite a bit of work. He gives exemplary service.
12 years ago I was recommended to go there for a front end alignment. When I met Dimitry we started talking and realized that we worked in the same industry before he started his shop. Now I have set up his group with the insurance I work with, and over 12 years we have created a great friendship. I recommend people to go there frequently, and can't say enough about it.
There have been a couple times when services didn't work right away, but he always fixes it immediately. In fact, one time they replaced a seal for me but a couple of days later my car started leaking gas. They had to go back into the engine and realized that it was a faulty seal. Because the part was so deep into the car it took 8 hours of labor, but he didn't charge me. After fixing it they put the car back together and handed it over.
Culver Automotive also gives me a loaner car, which nobody usually does anymore. That is another reason why I continue to go there even though there are other shops much closer to me. Dimitry also runs a full service shop. I just got into a fender bender and I took the car to him because I know he can take care of it.
Dimitry is just very honest, fair, and reasonable. Those are the most important things in an independent shop. Customers are looking for someone who is reputable and honest especially because there are a lot of shoddy guys out there. I go out of my way to go to Dimitry because of his service.
