I've been a client of this agency for approximately 20 years. I have had other State Farm agents in the past and the staff in this office are far superior. This office receives extremely high marks with follow-through, knowlege of the SF services, highly accurate advice when chosing insurance and financial serivces, and on top of it all, a very professional and courteous demeanor. All business will make a mistake here and there, but my time with this office has proven that the GLSF staff are very consistent with their delivery.
Pros: Service offerings, kwoledge, promptness, follow-through
Cons: Traffic in the area and occasional parking jam.
