Review content:
The gentleman who came and cleaned my rugs from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was extremely personable. He was running late, he called me twice to keep me informed as to where he was and even though he was late, he spent a great deal of time focusing on the problems. The rugs were cleaned beautifully and I marveled at how he removed the pet stains. I couldn't get anyone to clean them the way this gentleman did. I appreciated his effort and his explanation and you get what you pay for in this industry. I was more than happy to pay for their services.
