Avoid this place at all costs!!!\r \r On 10/13/2012, I went into the White Plains Honda dealership to look at certified pre-owned car. I saw a 2009 certified pre-owned Honda Accord with almost 33K miles, but no price. We went inside and the salesperson, Albert looked up the price. I wanted to know how much the monthly payments would be and was told I to apply for a loan in order to obtain an accurate monthly payment rate--to which, I agreed. The salesperson asked for my driver's license, major credit card, and that I sign the loan application (which, was actually a purchase contract). A few minutes later, Albert returned with a financial manager, Jerzy, who handed me a sales receipt to sign for $2,000 from my debit card. At no point during did I agree to have my card charged. Albert, alleged that they needed to go through the procedure of purchasing the car in order to obtain the monthly payment information, and that if I wasn't happy with the figure he would then cancel the sale and refund the $2,000 deposit that I never approved. I refused to sign the charge and requested it immediately be voided. The manager, Jerzy claimed that he could not void, and that I would have to wait until the next business day for a refund. I advised him to contact his credit card merchant account rep for instruction on how to void my transaction immediately. I waited 45 minutes while he contacted a rep and was walked through how to void the transaction. The salesperson, Albert was TOTALLY misleading . Furthermore, while waiting, I was told by the financial manager that the banks were closed for the day and he wouldn't be able run my credit that evening anyway. \r \r The entire experience was awful.\r
