Review content:
We bought a Honda Odyssey as a certified used car at Honda White Plains last August. Since then(6 months later now), the White Plains Honda dealer has not issue neither title nor the permanent registration yet. All we have is a temporary registration. We have visited the Honda at least 5 times requesting to deliver the permanent registration immediately but the documents have not arrived in February 2013. This problem started when Honda White Plains registered us with a wrong address at the beginning, which we found out later. Their excuse was it is DMV issue now and they did what they could. \r
We must wonder if there is a fraud going on or employees there have been extremely irresponsible. Don't buy a Honda from White Plains. There are other dealers in Westchester.
