3) The vets always are thorough. They take their time when we visit. If Meowm can't get us a same day visit, they will let her drop one of us off and work us in...THEN they call Meowm and tell her everything - and patiently answer her questions.\r
2) The vets LISTEN to Meowm's concerns about us. They do not talk down to her and make her feel stupid (even when WE think she's asked a silly question!)\r
1) The folks there are kind and gentle to all the kitties! They coo and talk sweet to us. They don't DUMP us or PULL us out of carriers. \r
