I had a new patient appt. last summer and asked when I first set up the appt.to see Dr. Ketcham since I had been a patient of his when he was behind Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh years ago. After being asked for payment up front, I am taken to a waiting room and Cathy Poole, P.A comes in and says that since I am a female and that all new patients get a full body check, she has to do it. After examining me, I see Dr. Ketcham ,along with Cathy, and she tells him what I need. Then he leaves after 5 minutes! I felt that he would only see me if I needed a surgical procedure. Cathy tells me I have rosacea and melasma. Afterwards she gives me some samples of medicine for both problems. Both of the meds break me out and I can't use them. After leaving the exam room, I am told I need to pay again! I left a VM during the holidays for my husband and never received a call back, so I am taking my business elsewhere.
