If you are like me, HVAC is a complete mystery. You can imagine how I felt when I woke up and my furnace wasn't working. I found Best for Less on the web. Again, a bit scary. But Best for Less had good reviews and they had an A minus listing. I called and they were at my place within a couple of hours. They were able to identify the problem within minutes and explained to me what needed to be done to fix it. They had the replacement part and installed it quickly. They were informative, courteous and helpful. Also, I think that their bill was reasonable. And, I have heat again!
