The other reviews are describing the retired vet. There are two vets at Decorah, Dr. Rollmann and Dr. Ferguson, and they are both great with animals (good beside manner) and with people. They are very up to date and if you need a referral for something more complex, they won't hesitate to run down the doctors or surgeons you need. The desk staff is very professional and friendly. I can't speak highly enough of these folks. I've seen a lot of vets in my day and Dr. Rollman especially is golden, as is the vet tech Dave Vogt who is practically as knowledgeable as a regular veterinarian. The prices are reasonable. My only grump with these guys is that I wish they would carry Royal Canin food. Lovely people.
