My husband and I went to get our eyes checked here last month (Sept 08) by a sadistic pig named Patricia Reardon. This person pushed her thumbs into our eyes so hard that our eyes hurt for over a week! We are in our 50's and have had many eye exams but never had we been so abused in our lives! Also, she refused to write out a prescription for my husband! The excuse was he didn't have his glasses with him and didn't want the drops in his eyes. AND they wouldn't let us leave without making another appointment for next year! I called and cancelled these appointments several days later and complained about our eyes hurting and my husband not getting his prescription. The office manager said she would call back in a few days after talking with the other doctors, she never called back. Obviously they do not care about complaints. I did file a complaint.
Pros: Office staff was very nice
Cons: Thumbs in eyes, OUCH!
