User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r by Narba 11/19/2009 \r Original quote $1990. They called me at work complaining needing $400.00 more. Got in a big yelling fight (at my job) with the manager. We agreed to split the difference $400.00. When the technician gave quote on rebuild - he did not get time frame on parts availability which I thought was really unusual. Total transmission rebuild came to $2200.00. Virtually NO WARRANTY. I questioned. No financing options, I asked. The technician said I could go to the Title Pawn place to get money against my car. But he recommended against it. The technician told me I would have a warranty of 1 year at time of my approval of rebuild. The manager told me 6 months after rebuild was done. When I got the receipt it was 6 months on parts only - no electronics (no labor). The first and second gear jump on the rebuild. I can't take it back because I don't have more money to rebuild (not with them). 09/2009. The manager dropped me off at my house at time of my initial check transmission request. The manager delivered my car with rebuilt transmission to my house. It bothers me that I virtually don't have any warranty. I don't want to get into another yelling match with The Manager. I did not get receipt of transmission rebuild showing only 6 months on parts only (no electronics) until after the manager went to my Wachovia bank and cashed my check. Cons: Changed price, kept calling me at work, Not working right
