March 2012 - If I could rate it in the minus I would. Horrible customer service, ureliable, shoddy work. My pregnant daughter put her car in this shop to get it fixed. It was there for a MONTH before the manager ""TONY"" contacted me with some BS story about all the employees quitting. Next CHUCHK the owner, stated that they needed $2.300.00 up FRONT to purchase the parts to fix the transmission, We paid the $2,300.00 then there was a balance of $800.00 to pick the vehicle up that was suppose to be fixed. IT isn't. CHUCK told us to take it to FORD and get them to run a diagnositc, Ford Did and stated that the transmission was not fixed. CHUCK told my daughter tough luck, I aint fixing it. He also warranteed his work for a year, he will not honor the work or the warranty. BE WARNED DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO HAVE IT FIXED.
