Overall this has been a nice place to live. I am a grad student at DU and the apartments are very close to campus which is great. The apartments are very large and very affordable. My apartment had nice new carpet installed before I moved in and there is a huge balcony, which is very nice. They also have garage parking for a monthly fee but there is a wait to get in there usually. The building is mostly older people and generally quiet, but they maintain the building well. There are also laundrys on each floor, a big convience. The location is great with lots just across the street and surrounding area, including blockbuster and grocery stores. The apartment cooling and heating is a bit odd and it tends to be pretty warm in the apartments. overall I have been happy with this place and the apartment manager is very nice and helpful.
Pros: Large apt, great price for size, laundry
Cons: warm apts
