I took my three cats here for an update on their vaccines and wound up with a surprise $300 bill. Each one had been given an $86 ""anual exam"" without my knowledge. One of the cats had had an anual exam a month before this visit but they still insisted on this charge. A couple days later I noticed a 2 inch bald spot on another cats leg. When I asked about why this had not been mentioned, I was told that "" as a responsible pet you should have brought this to our attention before the visit"", and that the spot must not be anything if the vet did not mention it in the charts. How do I know they even look at the cat? Also, I think I deserve more of an explination than that for that much money. Oh, and I dont like being called an irresponsible pet owner and didn't I just pay you $86 for YOU too look over my cat?
