This used to be our family's favorite place to eat and would have gotten 5 stars without a doubt. It is amazing how the lack of friendly service could change all that. The food is amazing but the woman who was our matradee showed such a lack of friendliness and service it was very disappointing to say the least. We had a booked a party of 30 people and paid enough to have a matradee that could at least pretend that she wanted to be there. Multiple guests came up to us after the event telling us that while the food was good, the service was terrible and how rude the matradee or waitress was to them. I experienced the same thing when ordering our food as well as, when asking for something different that they regularly serve for the person who's party it was for, the matradee gave us such a hard time, then when she brought the food out slammed on the table in front of us. a few of us also never received coffee at the end when it was ordered. We paid extra for beer, wine and soda... none of our guests even knew that the beer and wine was even an option. Sadly there are 30 people that will never go back to Sole. The Bus boys I have to say worked very hard the matradee/waitress could learn from them.
