My husband and I lived these apartments for about 9 months. We bought a house and they would not let us break our lease. We had to continue to pay for rent even though we didn't live there. We then received an outrageous bill (after we'd paid them rent for 3 months) charging us for things like power and water, even though we hadn't used power and water for 3 months.\r

The management is completely unwilling to work with you. They do not care about your circumstances. They are only out to get as much money as possible out of you. They will do it, too. They will find a way. In fact, they turned on a light at our apartment when we weren't living there and then charged us for it.
