Review content:
We have been using Quail Springs auto for about 4 years now. When we first started using them we were inpressed with the honesty and the fair cost of repairs on vehicles. Over the past year our autos have taken twice the time to repair and the cost has become overpriced. This last experience was a true test to that. We dropped the car off the night before. I had called ahead to varify it would be a good time to check it over for something we were pretty sure of being wrong. I called at 7:20 the next morning to varify the work to be done. I had to call at noon to see if they had started. They had not even looked at it. Then at 1:45, I got a call telling me not only the issue but something else but that it was too late in the day to order parts. So the car sat at the shop overnight again. Finally at noon the next day-now a total of 36 hours later the car was paid for and partially fixed. I took the car to another store to buy new tires because even at sale price, I could not get the exact tires replaced. I walked away feeling as if I were ripped off by yet another mechanic. I will modt likely take my business to another Firestone. They will be high dollar but at least get the car repairs complete in a time that is resonable.
