Chad, we are sincerely sorry to hear that you are disappointed. The staff at East Side Animal Hospital works hard to provide outstanding medical services and high quality medicine for all pets under our care while keeping our prices fair and reasonable. We diligently provide all of our clients with a medical care plan which outlines our diagnostic and treatment recommendations and their associated costs. Upon discussing a medical care plan with our clients, we then tailor the tests and treatments to meet our clients and patient’s individual needs and resources. We would be happy to discuss in detail any pricing issues with you. All of our staff have been with us for 3 to 6 years; however we are proud that we have recently added an additional certified veterinary technician and a customer service coordinator to our staff.
