We ate at Nanking this past Saturday, June 28th, and had a horrible experience. The bartender was rude & short with us, and spent the majority of the night complaining with the staff about some of the servers. Although the decor is very chic and the drinks are good, there is definitely a negative vibe in this restaurant. We were unimpressed with the food and shocked by the service.\r

Having bartended and waited tables through college, it's always a struggle for me to leave a bad tip, but we did (10%). When I checked my credit card bill online today, the bartender increased her tip by $4! Luckily, there's not much more they can do to make our experience awful, and we'll never step foot in this restaurant again.
Pros: Good drinks
Cons: Terrible, dishonest service
