This place looks nice from the outside and the people my seem friendly but they are far from it!
I had a baby shower cake done from them and it turned out HORRIBLE!!! I asked them to do a round tier cake on top and the rest cupcakes (50). I had shown images of what it should look like and asked if they were ABLE to do what i was asking and the owner, Laura said yes we can, no problem. The cupcakes were suppose to be decorated (which they charge extra for) they were NOT decorated. The cupcakes tasted stale, i had multiple complaints. Honestly the worst part of it all was that I disappointed the mother-to-be. She was expecting a fabulous cake/ cupcakes and that wasn't what she got. The whole cake was a joke, I can't stress enough how BAD it came out. They have bad customer service. They failed to give me the correct email and then failed to respond in a timely manner. They didn't return my calls until a week later. I was basically the one trying to give them business. In a way it was my fault as well because I should've known not to rely on a place like that, if they have poor customer service not being very responsive.
When i confronted the owner about how bad the cake turned out and it was nothing i asked for, she responded by telling me that i was a miserable and unhappy person. The only thing that made me unhappy was the end result of that cake!
I ended up returning the top tier of the cake to her, I would have returned EVERYTHING back but we needed something to give to the guest.
Just a warning STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Nasty people, with extremely poor customer service.
