Ronie the service tech was professional, knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions about the repair. Ronie gets 5 stars. He called me back right away with an estimate. The office staff was so frustrating, promising a call back and never calling. They get 2 stars. I had to follow up with them 4 times until Velma took controll found the part and scheduled Ronie. I will give them another chance. I like to support small businesses.
