Review content:
We started taking our Boston and English Bulldog (Windston) to Dr. Lerma about three weeks ago. A couple days ago our English Bulldog came down with an auto immune disease (AIHA) and required serious care. We were torn with the decisions regarding his prognosis, cost, and overall outcome. Dr. Lerma was so kind and understanding while helping us work through these difficult decisions; he even brought his own dog into the office today just in case Winston needed emergency blood. We decided to move forward with treatment to try to save our doggies life, unfortunately he quit breathing on us. Dr. Lerma rushed in and brought him back to life. Dr. Lerma was great and really helped lead us in the right direction. Unfortunately, our angel doggie was just too worn our and passed away this evening. Dr. Lerma was so very attentive and willing to help walk us through the best decisions and care. We will always appreciate his efforts and refer people to him every time we get the chance. He truly is an animal lover! We are really lucky to have found him.
