I find it hard to believe that he is rated so highly here. First of all I have never had a dentist work on my teeth, where I can feel him drill. I had to be numb three times before Dr, Leroux could actually start. The fact that I left the dentist office in more pain then when I walked in, was a bad sign. I was very unhappy with the fact that the front office had no clue how much I was going to owe them until after the procedure, especially when she promised to let me know how much it would be as soon as she found out. Never again will I go back there or recommend anyone to him. One of my Co workers mentioned another situation he had been through with Palm Dental Care; I only wish he would have posted it here. I found an excellent dentist in SLO that fixed the temporary crown that was half covering my tooth and made me a new permanent one in less than 5 days. To top it all off Dr. Leroux kept part of my money because he worked partially on my tooth, my new dentist said he would never do that to an unsatisfied customer. In my opinion he has put me in more pain and cost me time and extra money for a horrible job that needed to be fixed. Not to mention his front desk lady who lacks professional skills and tried to bully me and say I had to have my tooth completed there since they began the procedure, when truth of it is, as a customer you have every right to not go back to a place you are unsatisfied with.
