Seeing the previous review gave me the courage to write too. I had the unfortunate experience of being in the Weehawken court several times and witnessed his corruption many times. He treats the courtroom as an ATM machine. Once he shouted at a homeless man who didn't have any money to pay a fine for shoplifting ""How can you come to court without money?"" In my own case he ignored testimony of multiple witnesses, even a police officer, and refused to give a reason when my lawyer asked. He ignores legal precedents and laws whenever convenient. Charles Daglian will allow anything the prosecutor says and does and fight against anything your defense lawyer does. It is them against you, and its over before it starts. Daglian ought to be disbarred.
I hope anyone who has to go to this court is a praying person because you're guilty until proven guilty. I also hope one day someone in power reads these messages and takes a stand against Charles Daglian - a corrupt ""judge"" who doesn't deserve the title. There is nothing honorable about him.
