The comments made in part are composed and directed in such a way that clearly states this person has little knowledge of the quality and services provided by some of the most courteous, professional, licensed, and certified staff in the business employed there, and as a working owner, being in business for twelve years plus, assure that when any valued customer has any concern,\r
I personally make sure I do everything in my ability to make that customer completely satisfied. \r
