Review content:
We are just about finished moving into our new home, a happy and exciting experience for us. Unfortunately we can not say the same about our experience with Wells Fargo (Malvern, PA). We worked with Robert Farmer of the Malvern based Wells Fargo\r
\r
Tried to come across nice in the beginning but got horrible with time. He was inconsistent and unprofessional throughout the whole process. Did not return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, sometimes if at all. Was unable to write professional emails; his emails normally consisted of one word responses or misspelled words. Sometimes became rude and impatient when we asked him questions or needed more information.\r
\r
\r
If that was not enough he sent us completed documents for another client in error (SS#'s, names, addresses and all were included on the paperwork)...which now makes me wonder how our information will be treated. Lastly, these geniuses sent the wire for closing to the wrong bank on settlement date.\r
\r
I would hate to see someone else go through this. Please do your research. As first time home buyers we definitely learned our lesson.\r
