I've used the Zoo for 15 years for my dogs. I have been extremely happy with the level of care and the attentiveness of the staff - both medical and service personnel. I've routinely boarded my dog and she always is happy to see the staff who know her by name- a sure indication that my dog is cared for and that she is attached to those who attend to her needs during boarding. My dog's medical needs are immediately taken care of in terms of routine and immediate need care. As far as prices go, I've searched the area for a variety of services and found that the Zoo offers dental cleaning that undercut others by over $150. Surgery and immediate need care costs are competitive. You can't beat the care level and the wonderful convienience of having available help on weekends and evenings.
