I've been going to Mr. chavin's clinic for a little over 2 months and everything was going well untill today! I am going because I am in the Suboxone program(which is a miricle if your trying to kick the habit). When you are there for your first visit you get forms to fill out just like everyother Phsyician. No where in any of the forms that I filled out and signed my name to ever said n/e thing about an extra charge of $400.00 for them to take a urine sample. Oh I forgot to mention that i have no insurence. So I'm paying $230.00 for my script and $150.00 for every visit, and now this $1200.00 BILL I JUST GOT.\r
Now, I can go and buy my own 12 point urine sample kit for no more than $70.00. Who in there right mind is going to pay $400.00 for a drug screen. I have two kids I am supporting by myself and currently doing odd jobs just to stay ahead. I love the Suboxone program because it works, but this bill is most likely the nail in the coffin for me and my treatment at mr. Chavins office.
