I broke my leg very badly while working at a hardware store in town. The doctors told me I couldn’t put any weight on my leg or work for almost a year which caused me to move to Utah to be with my family. Since the accident happened in Arizona I had to hire an attorney from Arizona, although I was living in Utah. I was a little nervous about this, but when I talked to Mr. Phillips, I knew I was in good hands! He answered every question I had and went above and beyond what he needed to do for my case. The medical bills were HUGE but at the end of the case Mr. Phillips negotiated with the doctors to reduce my bills. Mr. Phillips worked with the doctors and my employer to document how much money I lost from being off work too. Gary Phillips referred me to doctors who waited until the case settled to get payment. I am so happy I hired Phillips and Lyon to represent me.
