I would not recommend getting into this practice. A long story, but basically unfeeling and uncaring. Terrible bedside manner. Misdiagnoses galore. I went in for what I thought was UTI and was told I had appendicitis and I should make some phone calls. I was freaking out and than another Dr. came in to check me out and said I didn't have appendicitis. No one could figure out what was wrong with me. I went home with nothing. Turned out after seeing another practitioner, I was extremely dehydrated from too much working out and not enough water. A diagnosis that was quickly figured out. Had a sinus infection and told them Amoxicillin doesn't typically work for me, what do they give me? Amoxicillin. Used it, symptoms improved but never went entirely away. Got another antibiotic a month later and was allergic. (even though the PA told me I wasn't allergic and I could keep taking it with a rash, fever and chills what I later discovered to be 'severe allergic reaction'.) Got just 5 days of another antibiotic, still wasn't completely better because of the break in the course of antibiotics. Gave me a hard time about getting a refill and said (rudely) I must need an ENT, (like I'm some kind of antibiotic user/addict or something.) Ridiculous as I never get sinus infections and this was obviously just mistreated. Always rude and disgruntled on the phone. These people need to decide if this career is right for them. Too busy shoveling patients in and out to actually care about anyone. On the bright side, if you see Jannie or CJ they are GREAT!!!!!! avoid all others in this practice!!!! Pros: Pros are Jannie and CJ the PA's Cons: PA's Katrina, Melissa and Dr. Hadley, Nurse Lynn
