Member Comments: My air ducts and dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in 12 years. I shopped around, after hearing reports of unsavory companies ripping people off. After checking out several companies for reliability, I narrowed my search to price, and Royal was the low bidder.Jay and his assistant David were prompt, friendly, professional, and very thorough. They laid out furniture moving pads to protect my Pergo floors from scratches, took extra care to remove pictures from walls where the air ducts were, and explained their procedure for cleaning the ducts. They even had furnace filters available, and they replaced those for me too. It took them a little more than three hours to do their job. I could immediately tell the difference in the air quality in the house. I'm very pleased with their work, would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again.
