I was impressed with Mike at Five-Star Chem-Dry from the first time I interacted with him. He was very attentive, responding to my appointment request immediately, he responded quickly in follow up emails, and was flexible (he was willing to take payment over the phone so I could be absent from the apartment at the time of cleaning). The carpet cleaning results were amazing! This company is truly worthy of the name Five-Star.
