Businiess name:  Radney Scott Orthodontics

Review content:
Definitely would not go back. Too many patients for one doctor (Dr. Scott) and a very part time doctor (Dr. Radney) to handle. Next to impossible to get an appointment and heaven forbid you have to reschedule because your child has a test at school. You essentially end up skipping an appointment because it takes weeks to get back in. We've had times when we can't even get an emergency appointment for several days when our child's wire broke and was poking into his cheek. The office staff couldn't care less when you need an appointment and over the course of 2+ years we've (parents) only actually spoken with the orthodontist a handful of times. You only get to speak with the Dr at certain visits when it is deemed time for a Parent Check-Up and then you get about 2 minutes. We've been very unhappy and are going to a different orthodontist with our younger child who isn't so overwhelmed and actually has time to schedule patients at needed intervals and speaks with the parents. It feels like drive-thru orthodontics with the way they shuffle patients in and out the door. Also, financial terms are very inflexible. We had to pay everything off in the first year, so we didn't have the option of changing orthodontists when we weren't happy or we would have been out thousands of dollars.
