So...I came to Omaha from Los Angeles for work for one month. Spoiled by being exposed to fantastic food at every turn, I found it very difficult to find a good meal. Sick and tired of Iceberg Lettuce salads, I gave Vivace in Omaha's beautiful Old Market District a try. I was delightfully surprised!!!! Excellent menu and high quality food with a patio in front for people watching and a great dining room with exposed brick walls and antiques, Vivace soon became my favorite spot. Their pasta is excellent, but I would reccomend taking a chance on whatever special they are serving up. I had the Talapia (an excellent and tasty white fish) with cous cous and a salad, and enjoyed every bite.
