Review content:
During a trip down to Cities on Saturday my Tiguan started making a high pitched noise almost like a belt slipping. I called the dealership on the way back to Duluth and spoke Axel from their service department explaining what was going on.
He took down my details and suggested I bring the Tiguan in asap. The soonest he was able to get the car checked in was thursday but said he would do what ever they could to get the issue fixed so I wasn't without a car.
I dropped the car off on sunday and on monday 10:30am I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup. I couldn't believe how fast they were!
Great friendly service!!
