Review content:
My boyfriend left his car there. His car took 2 extra days to be ready due to a part for the gas tank lock repair was not something they carried in stock. % Each day that boyfriend called to check on his car (because they never called when they said they would) he spoke w/ the owner’s son, Freddy who was very unprofessional & swore constantly. When his car was ready for pickeup he did so, drove immediately home, checked out the fix in the light of our carport since it was dark @ the shop. He then noticed there was now an even BIGGER dent on the OTHER side of the car! He took it RIGHT back down there & spoke to the staff. Freddie swore that the dent was there already, but we knew the damage happened @ the shop. Finally after this verbal confrontation w/ the son, the owner did offer to fix it. % The next day the check engine light came on & the car was now having troubles starting. It was completely DEAD 1 day when he went out to go to work. AAA came out & informed him that whoever put back in the battery last reinstalled the battery cables very loosely & now completely come off over this week since it’s “repairs”. % We took it in for service because of the check engine light & it was obvious to the dealership that the reason that this had occurred was because while working on the gas tank, Platinum had left a vent tube loose on the gas tank assembly causing the light to come on.
