I have been going there to get my hair colored and cut for more than 5 years. They have always done a beautiful job with my hair and I am a critical customer. I am going again tonight! Nov 2, 2011\r

I have had it colored red (a difficult color when you are trying to cover grey), highlighted with beautiful blonde highlights, colored brown and then highlighted again with blonde and then colored back to red and then more highlights. Now I am just coloring the roots back red to match the existing red that shows through the blonde highlights and they do a beautiful job each time. I go every 3-4 months and am always doing something different. I bore easily:) \r

The students are always polite and respectful of what I want and what will be good for my hair. The teachers (Nadine I've known since I started going there) and the managers (Louis I met a year or so ago when he was a student and did my hair many times) are quite attentive. The students are very conscientious about consulting the teachers with every detail of the coloring and cut. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.\r

I drive out to Pflugerville after 5:00 to go to this school from Austin, a 22 mile round trip up and back on I35 at rush hour and I intend to continue. So for my money (very near and dear to me, which is why I go to Paul Mitchell in the first place) they are a wonderful team and have never given me reason to go elsewhere. \r

P.S. I went last night and instead of just getting a retouch, the supervisor talked me into getting it all colored, over the blonde highlights that had grown waayaayayayy out and brightening up the color making it a beautiful honey brown and I couldn't be happier. The stylist's name is Chris B. and she is wonderful. Ask for her and tell her I sent you, please:)
