1st time ordering herm's and my boyfriend and i loved it! i even recived a call to confirm what i orderd was what i wanted so that there was no confusion ... delivery?!--> faster than what was given on the grubhub time confirmation ... i love the herm's burger cooked perfect! hot and juciy as if i ordered it at a sit down..... the chocolate shake was drooling good topped off almost every bite i had of my burger and fries (along with some of the fried macaroine and cheese bites and deliciouse onion rings we ordered on the side) my boyfriend had bbq wings and the fried chicken .... he ate it all! (thats alot of chicken especially for him ... he loves his red meat) evary time we try some place new he is constantly talking while he eates to tell me what he thinks of the food(majority of the time it's not good) and he didn't say one word while he was eating ... thats when a man is happy with his food.... five star's?! yes ... def. worth a 2nd order
