So I went to this place for a client of mine \r
bought him 2 briefcases \r
asked the man working at the store if he did not like them could i get a full return\r
he looked at me pleasantly and said ""why of course you can, no problem.""\r
next day I send my assistant back \r
the guy pulls a there is scratch on this one and a film? on that one. None visible\r
sent us away with 2 briefcases\r
my assistant called it ""bait and snatch""\r
he swipes your card with an of course no problem policy then takes your money and turns his cheek.\r
I am a good girl from Mississippi I believe in peoples better nature and coming from this 1st hand I would nor will ever go back to this store again.
