Looking a bar/club alternative to hang out after a day in San Jose Downtown checking out Cinequest films.
You judge a café by its latte. This simple drink could tell you so much about the barista, the espresso machine and the coffee bean. That is what I usually order on my first visit to any cafe.
The latte at Caffe Trieste was decent but not spectacular. I watched the barista prepared my latte and was a bit disappointed by the weak aroma from the espresso shot. It was a 4 star latte on my book.
Staff was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and chilled. Lots of seats both downstairs and upstairs. There were also live music there but we were a bit late for the party. Let's not forget they serve wine there too!
