Review content:
The worst dry cleaner in the United States, period. I used their services for about six months, while significantly overpriced, I reluctantly went there due to the convenient location in park newport. Then one day I took a pair of 7 jeans to be cleaned. When they were ready (along with my other items), I picked them up. Several days later, I went to wear my jeans. To my horror, it was an old tarnished, size 42 pair of sevens (I wear 34) that most definitely were not mine. I took them to him (owner/operator) said they obviously weren't mine, and asked for my jeans. He proceeded to tell me that they were in fact my jeans, because his tagging system is not susceptible to error. You see, this business appears to outsource all of its cleaning, as nothing is done in that space in park newport. It was obvious that my jeans had been switched out either on purpose or by mistake, but since he didn't agree with me there was to be no resolution. Thus, he said that
