Review content:
I had a horrible experience here. When I was sick was something that was obvioiusly not the average flu and needed lab results back, they gave the results far later than promised, and every time I called the office I was told something different. I was routed to various doctor lines where the call was never picked up and my message was NEVER returned. After calling multiple times daily and getting the run around every time, I asked to speak to a doctor immediately, and at that point they finally ""found"" the lab results and a doctor. The doctor over-reacted to my diagnosis, giving me care orders that were too over-cautious for the actual virus I had. The most ridiculous thing was that this now extremely concerned doctor was someone I had left multiple messages for days prior, and if she had thought my status was so extreme she should have gotten back to me sooner.
