The absolute worst experience I have ever had in ANY restaurant, ANY WHERE... the Chef and the Manager need to go back to Hospitality 101 OR get jobs in another field.\r
Food was mediocre, even for the reasonable prices. Service was very slow.. Waitress would disappear for large blocks of time... maybe because it was ladies night and they didn't really want to deliver... even that was forgivable, not a place I would rush to go back to but... the real story is how the Chef and Manager handled this incident ....\r
We had an issue. Chef came over and YELLED at us like we were little kids!! NO polite reprimand, NO request to quiet as we were disturbing the other guests. \r
The stupidity and audacity of the Chef AND Manager to fuel the fire instead of quell it was outrageous... I don't care how good the food (and it was nothing special!!! ), lousy service and a management that doesn't know how to handle guest relations is totally unacceptable. I've lived in Winter Park for over 20 years, I will NEVER set foot in that establishment again!! (Nor will any of the other women I was with.) If the Manager were to say 'good riddens' that's fine with me, he aught to read Danny Meyers' book ""Setting the Table"" to learn how to treat guests in the HOSPITALITY industry!!!!\r
Pros: location, ambiance
