I had Asian eyelid surgery with Dr. Tran because supposedly he was knowledgeable and skilled in this type.. \r

Terrible results from eye lid surgery after healing. Eyes are severely assymetrical and look cross-eyed. \r
\r
Eye folds do not curve naturally, but rather looked butchered. Even when the stiches were in, you could tell the curve of the incisions were not uniform.\r

Dr Tran refused to correct them. He didn't return my \r
phone calls and I tried for months. Even though he agreed there was a problem, he just got upset and wouldn't listen to my concerns. \r

I chose Dr Tran because he assured me if there was a problem he would fix it. It's in the contract as well. But he refused. He said he would refer me to a friend who 'specializes' in Asian eyelid surgery, but he never did although I called and followed up for months. \r

He refused to correct the problem but still kept the money, he refused to refund it\r
