Review content:
The facility promotes wellness care, but I'm not even sure they understand the true meaning of wellness. You will be treated very nicely when you make your first appointment. This is setting you, the fish, up with some tasty bait. The number of visits recommended seems outragous to me. I am appartently healthy and we recommended to come in 4x a week at a $20 co-pay. A little impractical and unnessacary. I went for 2nd and 3rd opinions and I was correct. You will be charged for more than you expect w/out notification & you will be asked to lie to your insurance agency about how much you need care so that you can get your insurance agency to buy into the fact that you ""need"" care. When I was overcharged on appointment they lady went from nice to a she devil in 2 seconds. She continued to insult me a on the phone and tell me that I had no idea what I was talking about. There were no listening skills involved. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. I hope this has helped you in choosing the care you deserve and ""need"".
Pros: Nice on your first visit
Cons: Office staff who does the billing is unprofessional and just down right nasty.
