Review content:
My daughter had been diagnosed by our family doctor with bronchitis. Berger Henry ENT Specialists were recommended since our family doctor thought that she may need surgery for enlarged tonsils. She went to her appointment and saw Henry. He looked in her throat briefly, agreed that she had bronchitis and enlarged tonsils, told her that she is a pretty girl and that surgery would be too invasive and not to go through with it. Total visit time: 10 minutes; total bill: $500. Our insurance paid half, but $250 is too much for a brief visit in which nothing was done to help her. She continued to suffer with the bronchitis for another couple of weeks. As for the compliment that she is pretty? She gets compliments for free all the time and does not have to pay for them. We sent a letter to the doctor asking for a phone call to explain his charges. When the billing office called, my husband asked again that the doctor speak with him directly. He was told that a phone call would never come from the doctor. Poor customer service as well as poor medical treatment! Very disappointing!
Cons: Disappointing visit; non-existent medical treatment
